Bye bye, Hawaii!!!

Tomorrow we are leaving the beautiful islands. We are flying to the TOP4 convention to Taipei, where we will meet many of you. That is what we are looking forward to. So, the last few days there were like transition days: cleaning and laundry, last purchases - even if an American supermarket is quite an experience! - Barber, packing shopping bags ... But, we completed our two-hour walk every day - along the stormy waters to the east coast of the island, Mauka (mountain side, the "Sleeping Giant" mountain range and Makei (seaward) of the surging Pacific Ocean with nothing but ocean between here and China. Today we were willing to spend money. We drove through the historic artists' village of Hanapepe with its famous suspension bridge swaying to sift through all the galleries there, according to a memory image, but could find nothing that we liked immediately. Finally, we entered Scotty's Music Store to buy an electronic tuner for my ukulele at home - for $ 25.50. We came out not only with the device, but with a new ukulele for about $ 600. As I have my birthday coming up, and besides, it is much preferable to a second ukulele for our vacation in the mountains have at your fingertips! Howlife can be. Being able to make such a spontaneous decision for me is a sign of freedom, which has given us this business. It took work, effort and time, but it was worth it. That is what we wish for you all. You can change so much in your life if you wish to. That's why we are writing this blog for you: not to deliver a travel diary, but to show you that life holds more willing than the care of the daily bread!
